At SLA they love sla (lettuce in Dutch). SLA is an organic saladbar with different locations, that was born out of the desire to find (tasty) vegetables. In 2013 Nina and Jop discovered what healthy eating does for your body and mind. Good food tastes good and it makes you feel good. Nina and Jop wanted to share that experience with the world and decided to start SLA. As a proud family business, they work together every day with a motivated team to commit their company to positive change. On the menu you can find various salad bowls, smoothies and juices.

SLA´s mission is to minimize their impact on the earth and make it easy for everyone to participate. Because healthy doesn’t only mean healthy for us, but healthy for our planet as well. With plant-based ingredients in the lead, a practically zero-waste kitchen and honest partnerships, SLA is taking important steps. And everyone who eats SLA participates. Just at the table with your plate. All for a small impact on the world and a big impact on yourself.

To be able to commit to this mission, SLA has articulated the following values:

Pure: SLA is transparent and shares with who they collaborate. In the kitchen mainly fresh daily, organic products and no sugar or artificial additives are used.

Accessible: SLA is that first step to turning healthy into a habit. They want their salads to be available to everyone.

Development: You learn your whole life. That is why SLA continuously combines new lessons learned with the knowledge of experts and partners through SLA projects.
