Cascais Routes Outdoor Activities is an outdoor adventure company based in Cascais, close to Lisbon, Portugal. It is very close to the iconic Guincho Beach, one of the best known beaches of Portugal, and Sintra-Cascais natural park. Being so close to both the mountains and the beach, Cascais routes is able to offer many different types of outdoor activities, such as rock climbing, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, surfing, sea kayaking and stand up paddle, you can opt to have a private and customized tour or choose to do a group tour, which can be customized for different kinds of groups (families, friends, company, any size groups…). Customized team building day programs for companies are also a possibility. You can even book a night tour!

Cascais Routes is run by João Gama, a local lover of nature and outdoor sports. He has a degree in Sports Training and is a Ginástica Natural certified instructor. He wanted to use his passion for the outdoors and teaching so he decided to start his own outdoor activities company. With great enthusiasm he shares his knowledge, experience and love for nature.
